We had a ductless unit put in. From the very first time at our house for an estimate, this company was professional, knowledgeable, and prepared. Whenever there was a question, or concern, their customer service was responsive immediately and able to answer any questions. They showed up for the job on time and ready to work. They were well-equipped with what they needed for the job, clean and thoughtful when they needed to be both inside and outside for the installation, and professional the entire time. Their work was high-quality, way more than we ever would have expected and their attention to detail is outstanding. We have become customers moving forward for sure!

Cody came out to give us an estimate, he thoroughly explained what would work best for our house as far as size and the best units. He had great communication when it came to explaining where our hvac would be installed.

Called Anchor Air Systems for a non functioning bathroom heater. They were quick to respond, prompt to show for the appointment, came prepared with the right materials to fix the job and got my heater back up and running. Cody even wore booties so more floors remained clean.

One of the hot summer weekend, I came home to notice it was too warm in our house. I looked out at our outside unit and the fan was not spinning. I spoke with Cindy at Anchor Air and she was able to have Cody come out the very next morning. He found that the motor in the unit had gone bad. He was able to order the new motor and get it the very next day. He came out and replaced the broken motor as well as serviced our inside and outside unit that same day!! I found them to be reasonably priced and super friendly!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I highly recommend Anchor Air Systems. We had our new central air unit installed by Cody before this summer started. From the start, Cody was extremely professional to work with. He came over to our home to properly size the new central air unit, then provided us with a quote in a timely manner. Anchor Air did a great job all around installing a new HVAC system for me in my South Williamsport home remodel. Cody came out and sized the system based on the square footage, windows and insulation factors. Once this was done, he explained his recommendations and provided me with a detailed scope of work. I told him I was still getting quotes and he advised me to ensure others looked at the same factors so the system is properly sized and has the efficiencies needed for both heating and cooling. I did get 3 quotes, and chose Anchor Air based on the knowledge, professionalism and quality of the products used. The price was really good as well. You can go with the lowest price or the big name brand units, but in the end, I believe you need to trust your contractor. And with Cody and his team, you get all of these things. Cody was very professional at installing our heat and air system in our new home. He also did a great job running our gas line for our gas stove. He worked weekends and evenings to complete it in a timely manner so we were able to move in our new home.
